'NSync
As usual, the Super Bowl isn't just about football. It's also about commercials, and 'NSync, in addition to performing at halftime with Aerosmith, will make its mark on that front as well on Jan. 28. The boy band has filmed a commercial spot for Anheuser-Busch in which Joey, Justin, Chris, Lance, and JC go door-to-door to thank parents for talking to their kids about underage drinking. The commercial points out that, despite the fact that most kids don't give a rat's ass about anything other than 'NSync, it's the parents who indeed have the most influence on their children's decision-making (not Joey, Justin, Chris, Lance, and JC, mind you). The spot will air during Super Bowl XXXV, which in addition to featuring either the Minnesota Vikings, New York Giants, Baltimore Ravens, or the Oakland Raiders, will also include performances by Ray Charles, Backstreet Boys, Aerosmith, and 'NSync. The game airs live from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla. at 6 p.m. EST. -- Kevin Raub
